Jayan Homes are a family run property development company based in Essex.  We construct new build homes as well as refurbishments of run down properties.  We are proud to be LABC registered developers and provide 10 year structural warranties with our newly built homes.  

My father has been doing building work since 1983, starting with small scale works like single storey extensions and renovations to residential dwellings.  As time went on, the projects became larger and included double storey extensions, loft conversions, basements and complete refurbishments.

After graduating from Warwick University, I made a big decision to join my father to create the family business.  We have since completed large extension and renovation projects, including a boutique hotel in Hackney.  We have also built up a rental portfolio over the years and have fully extended and completely refurbished almost every property we own.

Our aim is and has always been to build high quality luxury homes where each home is built as if it were our own.
